The 4th Annual Sejoan Memorial 5-on-5 Basketball Tournament once again incredible support for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). Fourteen teams made up of an estimated 140 players and over 100 people Sejoan friends and family from the Durham region, Scarborough and Etobicoke area participated in this year’s tournament, We would like to thank everyone for attending the 4th Annual Sejoan Memorial basketball tournament and supporting a great cause. Without you, this event would not have been possible. We would like to thank to CMHA, OTSE,SBMB Law, Shoeless Joe’s, Goodlife Fitness ,Bulk Barn ,Sunrise Convenience, Edge Screen Studio for the colourful t-shirts.Also Snapd Newspaper photographer for taking pics of us at the event which will be published on their newspaper at the end of the month.The people who took the time to donate to this great cause, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are helping us end the stigma around mental health. we have raised $ 5017.75 (Deductions included). For those who bought food, drinks, donated, helped us clean up/set up, we really want to take this time to appreciate your kindness. Sejoan would be so proud of all of you for your contributions. On behalf of Sejoan we can't thank you enough for supporting us to not only raise awareness of mental health but helping us raised $4817.75 this amount goes to CMHA! And $200 is being donated to The Sejoan Memorial Student Scholarship Award to one outstanding R.H. King Academy student . We will keep you posted!! We hope to see you all again next year.
